Terms & Conditions
Turn Around Time
All orders are printed at Media Shack LLC* as each order comes in.
​
Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order process, please allow 2 week turnaround time on all orders. as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information. changing your shipping speed does not change the 2-week turnaround time. after your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.
Media Shack LLC* is not responsible for shipping delays after a package has been shipped with USPS. please contact your local post office if your package is taking longer than usual to arrive.

if your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS.
Printing Procedures
We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly but mistakes are inevitable.
Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order.
Media Shack LLC* is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including but not limited to: miss labeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitch errors, rip tears, or holes in garments but these items might qualify for replacements.

Media Shack LLC* is not responsible if certain items are out of stock, if items are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative styles.

placement: please be aware that the industry standard is 1/2 inch tolerance in either direction. this will not be considered a miss print.
Cancellations
All orders are final and cancelations are not permitted.
If a cancellation is made after an order has been placed you’ll be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus partial payment covering any service already provided.
Absolutely no cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or if any decoration has been done.

Return Policy
Media Shack LLC* does not offer refunds on any purchases. if you receive a defective item, please email colleen@mediashackfargo.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
