Turn Around Time
All orders are printed at Media Shack LLC* as each order comes in.

Due to the custom nature of our made-to-order process, please allow 2 week turnaround time on all orders. as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with USPS tracking information. Changing your shipping speed does not change the 2-week turnaround time. After your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for delivery.

Media Shack LLC* is not responsible for shipping delays after a package has been shipped with USPS. Please contact your local post office if your package is taking longer than usual to arrive.

Thank you for your patience and support, we appreciate you.

If your package has been lost, please file a claim with USPS.

Printing Procedures
We do our best to ensure every garment is printed correctly but mistakes are inevitable.

Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order.

Media Shack LLC* is not liable for any garment manufactured inconsistencies including but not limited to: mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, stitch errors, rip tears, or holes in garments . However, these items may qualify for replacements.

Media Shack LLC* is not responsible if certain items are out of stock, if items are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you alternative styles.

Placement: Please be aware that the industry standard is 1/2 inch tolerance in either direction. Placements within or equal to 1/2 inch will not be considered a misprint.

Cancellations
All orders are final and cancelations are not permitted.

If a cancellation is made after an order has been placed you’ll be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus partial payment covering any service already provided.

Absolutely no cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or if any decoration has been done.

1. Personal information

Media Shack collects information such as names, phone numbers, and message content when you opt in to our services. All information collected is used solely for internal use across our sales & marketing teams. Media Shack will not send direct messages unless consent is given, and consumers can choose to opt-out at any time.

2. Information use

We use the information we collect to send text and voice messages and improving our services. This includes personalizing your experience and providing customer support.

3. Sharing information

Media Shack LLC* will not share or sell your personal information. Your information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Opting-out

If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt-out by texting STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

Return Policy

Media Shack LLC* does not offer refunds on any purchases. If you receive a defective item, please email colleen@mediashackfargo.com and we handle your request immediately.
